Based on an original kilt discovered at the “Kingussie” Scotland this unique style of pleated kilt is a marvelous way to sport your Celtic pride!! The Kingussie has a center back box pleat, with knife pleats that wing in both directions from the box pleat. This creates a stunning, sweeping effect and will give you a very distinctive kilting style. So old is new again, and we at Skye are very proud to offer this style of kilt to you!
Our distinctive Kingussie style kilt is half hand, half machine stitched. We have almost all tartans in 13 and 16 Oz tartan fabric-Please specify in the tartan choice field when ordering. Comes fully lined with fringed apron and 3 buckles as is standard with all our kilts. We LOVE this style and hope you will too!
